Google Ads Management
Google Ads reaches people at the moment they are actively looking for what you sell. That intent is why it converts, and why it is expensive enough that sloppy structure gets costly quickly.
What this fixes
You are paying for the wrong searches
Broad match with no negative list pulls in job hunters, students and competitors. Reviewing actual search terms usually finds a meaningful share of spend going somewhere useless.
Automation is running unsupervised
Smart campaigns and broad targeting can work well, but only with accurate conversion data and firm boundaries. Without them they optimise confidently towards the wrong thing.
Conversion tracking is wrong or missing
Counting every page view, or double-counting, or not tracking calls at all. Every optimisation decision after that is built on the bad number.
Quality Score is dragging cost up
Loose ad groups and irrelevant landing pages mean you pay more per click than a competitor for the same position.
What’s included
- Account audit
- Structure, search terms, wasted spend and tracking accuracy, with the findings explained in plain English.
- Campaign build
- Search, Performance Max, remarketing or shopping as appropriate — chosen against your goals rather than what is newest.
- Negative keyword discipline
- An ongoing exclusion list, reviewed regularly, because this is where the waste hides.
- Location and schedule targeting
- Tight geographic targeting for service areas, and scheduling that reflects when you can actually answer the phone.
- Call and form tracking
- Both counted properly, including calls from ad extensions, so a phone-led business is not measured as if it were not.
- Reporting that means something
- Cost per enquiry, by campaign, over time. Not a dashboard of impressions.
Questions
- Should we use Performance Max?
- Sometimes. It can work well with strong conversion data and a healthy budget, but it gives up a lot of control and hides much of where spend went. For smaller local budgets, well-structured search campaigns are usually easier to hold accountable.
- Can you work with our existing account?
- Yes, and it is normally preferable — the account's history has value. It stays in your ownership either way, which is not true of every agency arrangement.
