Services

One digital partner.

Build the platform. Get it found. Automate the repetitive parts. Measure what it earns. Keep it running.

Web Development

Built for the job. Not the template.

Sometimes WordPress is exactly the right tool. Sometimes it isn't. We choose the platform around the problem rather than forcing every business into the same stack.

  • Content-led business websites

    WordPress

Flexible marketing sites and content-led business websites, with editing that non-technical teams actually use.

  • Ecommerce on WordPress

    WooCommerce

Ecommerce where WordPress remains the right operational fit — products, stock and orders alongside the marketing site.

  • Performance-critical front ends

    Next.js

High-performance websites and application-style front ends where speed and search visibility both matter.

  • Portals and web applications

    Laravel

Bespoke portals, systems and data-driven web applications with real business logic behind them.

  • When nothing off-the-shelf fits

    Custom Development

For when off-the-shelf software creates more limitations than it solves and the process deserves its own tool.

The iRepair Method

Diagnose. Build. Amplify. Optimise. Scale.

A repeatable way of working that starts with the business problem, not the technology.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Understand the business, the audience, the existing digital problems and the commercial objective.

  2. 02

    Build

Design and develop the right website, platform or digital experience for the job.

  3. 03

    Amplify

SEO, Google Business Profile, advertising, content and social — get the work in front of people.

  4. 04

    Optimise

Analytics, conversion, performance and automation. Improve what happens after the click.

  5. 05

    Scale

Repeat what works and connect the systems that support growth.

Digital rescue & modernisation

Most of this work starts with something already broken.

We fix what's broken, rebuild what's outdated, and connect what should be working together.

A surprising amount of the portfolio did not begin as a blank page. It began as a site nobody could edit, a platform that had stopped being supported, email that had not worked properly in years, or three systems that should have been talking to each other and were not.

  1. 01 / Fix

It is broken and nobody can tell you why

Plugin conflicts, white screens, WooCommerce faults, a site that has slowed to a crawl, email that stopped arriving. Diagnosis first: the fault is established and confirmed before anything is changed, because guessing on a live site is how a small problem becomes an outage.

  2. 02 / Rebuild

It works, but the platform has run out of road

A legacy CMS nobody supports, a builder you cannot leave, a template the business has outgrown. Rebuilding means keeping what the business depends on — the URLs, the rankings, the content, the customer records — and moving it onto something that can be maintained.

  3. 03 / Connect

The pieces exist but none of them talk

The website, the CRM, the ordering system and the accounts package each hold part of the same information, and a person moves it between them. Connecting them is usually cheaper than replacing any one of them, and removes the hours that recur every week.

Search

Be there when customers search.

Most buying journeys start with a search. Getting found means the technical foundations, the content structure and the local signals all pointing the same way.

  • Technical SEO
  • On-page SEO
  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile
  • Content structure
  • Internal linking
  • Search Console analysis

Paid Advertising

Turn clicks into customers.

Google Ads and Meta Ads get you the click. What happens next decides whether it was worth paying for.

  1. 01

    Ad

The right query, the right audience, the right offer.

  2. 02

    Landing page

Built to answer the ad, not the homepage.

  3. 03

    Enquiry

Forms and calls that people actually complete.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    Routed, tracked and measured properly.

Creative & Social

Attention needs a reason to stop.

Good creative is not decoration. It is the difference between being scrolled past and being remembered.

Campaign creative

Concepts and assets that carry a message across every placement.

Social graphics

Built for the feed, not resized from print.

Short-form content

Video and motion that survives the scroll.

Branding

Identity, logo systems and brand guidelines.

Advertising assets

Creative variants sized and tested for each platform.

Print design

Signage, vehicle livery and print where it still matters.

Social strategy

What to post, where, and why it earns attention.

Stack

We aren't tied to one stack

We use the technology that fits the problem. WordPress when WordPress makes sense. Next.js when performance and custom UX matter. Laravel and PHP for bespoke systems. APIs and automation when existing platforms need to work together.

Useful, not filler.

The thinking behind the decisions, written so you can judge them yourself.

  • Performance

Why a speed score and real-world speed disagree

A performance report puts two sorts of number side by side: a controlled test on borrowed hardware, and a trailing record of real page loads. They are not the same measurement and they disagree by design. Here is how to read both, and how to narrow a slow site down to a cause before anybody quotes you for fixing it.

WordPress or Next.js: how to actually decide

The choice is settled by who edits the site, what it has to plug into, and who maintains it once the build is finished. Very little of it is about the technology, and one legitimate outcome is that you keep the site you already have.

How to tell whether you actually own your website

Paying a monthly fee for a website tells you nothing about who holds it. Here are the checks that establish where you stand — the domain, the DNS, the content, the mail and the listings — while nothing is at stake, and what the options are when one of them comes back badly.
